The Indian Walnut is 100% Natural, and contains very few Side Effects, all which are mild.
With the recommended consumption (1 piece a night) the side effects may include:

  • Experiencing frequent flatulence in the first few days. This is normal and should decrease over time.
  • Minor Gut Irritation may occur if you don’t eat well.
  • Some people may experience some fatigue and increased bowel movements due to a lack a potassium in the body. Eating a banana a day has been shown to provide enough potassium to eliminate these symptoms.
